Chanel Court Motel offers a variety of accommodation options for our guests. Our quiet and spacious rooms are fully serviced daily and offer all the comforts of an old style "kiwi motel".

2 One-Bedroom Suites
Full cooking facilities, dining table and large lounge, queen and single bed in bedroom, single in lounge. Separate shower, comfortably sleeps up to 4 people.
Tariff: $180 (up to 3 people, extra person $20 per night)
2 Two-Bedroom Suites
Full cooking facilities, double bedroom with queen and single bed, twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a single in the large lounge. One unit has a bath and shower and other with just a shower. Comfortably sleeps up to 6 people.
Tariff: $230 (up to 4 people, extra person $20 per night)
Backpackers Accommodation
Chanel Court Motel Backpackers Lodge is the ideal backpacker place for you to stay while you explore the Masterton and the surrounding Wairarapa.
This former school hostel offers 11 comfortable individual rooms with different bedding options - single, twin and double rooms. All bedding is provided in the rooms and all rooms are individually lockable – no dorm rooms. Towels, toiletries, drink, food are not included in our rates.
The backpackers lodge provides a safe and secure environment for travellers, contractors, groups and sports teams. Weekly rates are also available for anyone working or studying in Masterton or the Wairarapa for a longer period of time. Some criteria apply.
A fully equipped kitchen, relaxed dining room, comfortable TV room with SKY TV, outside grass area, BBQ available on request and guest laundry.
Located about 900m from the main centre of Masterton and about 500m from Kuripuni Shopping Centre where Pak'N'Save is, providing easy access to the town centre and nearby shops, cafe's, restaurants and bars.
The backpackers lodge is also a short walk to the Masterton's Tranzit Bus Depot and a short taxi ride to the Masterton Train Station.
Knowledgeable staff are on hand every day to welcome you with a big smile! The team can offer advice about the best things to do in Masterton and the Wairarapa and help you with anything you need while you stay with us.
Rates: $40 per person per night / $60 for 2 people per room per night
Groups / Contractors
Chanel Court Motel and Backpackers can cater for large groups in self-contained units or our Backpackers Lodge. Group business is very welcome, particularly if you are a sports team, contracting group, family group or cultural group. We are available for all variety of events.
